Welcome to Chatham Village condominiums. Chatham is located in the northwest area of Columbus, just south of Upper Arlington close to OSU. Residents enjoy nearby access to Grandview and Lane Avenue. You can also hop on nearby 315 and be just minutes from downtown Columbus, Huntington Park, Nationwide Arena and from The Ohio State University.

Chatham was built in 1969 as an exclusive high end apartment community that was converted to Condominiums in 1980. The architecture is a mix of Georgian and Williamsburg designs with a New England flair. The aged brick exteriors, green lawns and ivy, quiet courtyards, all contribute to the community’s character and charm.

The monthly condo dues pay for the insurance on the buildings, maintenance of the buildings, roads, parking lots, grounds, swimming pool, and two on site laundries.
