Landscape Improvement Project to Begin 9-25-2017

The landscape improvement project phase one will begin next week, the week of September 25th.

Phase One to be :completed in 2017:

Part one will be to replace the underground drains, repair brick and concrete, remove the large oak tree and the small crab apple tree in the 952/943 courtyards and all shrubs from 952/943 and 922/911 courtyards.

Part two will be the planting of new trees and new shrubs in the 952/943-922/911 courtyards.

Residents should expect to see and hear heavy equipment and workers in the courtyards between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.

It is estimated each courtyard will take 2- 3 weeks to complete. Weather permitting.

For your safety residents of the 2 courtyards should make arrangements to come and go from their rear entries.

Be assured that we will do all we can to minimize the inconvenience while the work is being performed.
