RECYCLING UPDATE
As expected there have been issues with the Chatham Recycling program. The recycling program is here on a trial basis and is being monitored for use and abuse. Recycling is pointless if it is creating unsightly and unhealthy messes.
There are now 3 large plastic bins in 2 locations, behind the 1008 building and now at the enclosure next to the large laundry. The larger container at the end of Chatham lane remains.
PLACE ONLY ACCEPTED ITEMS IN THE CONTAINERS.
BREAK DOWN AND FLATTEN BOXES
NO PLASTIC BAGS!!!! NO STYROFOAM!!!!
DO NOT OVER FILL CONTAINERS OR PLACE ITEMS ON THE LIDS.
DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE THE DUMPSTERS.
If the containers close to you are full you should use one of the other locations on site, drive to a recycling center outside of Chatham or place in the trash dumpster
See list below for items accepted for recycling. The list will change periodically. Notice of changes will be emailed to owners and posted on the web site.
